Common Questions

Limited equipment is needed for most of our programs. Some workouts may use dumbbells or resistance bands, but we always offer bodyweight alternatives so you can get started right away.

All workouts are professionally prerecorded so you can train on your own schedule. Watch anytime, pause, rewind, and repeat as many times as you want.

A family option is being considered, but the details are not final yet. Member count, household rules, pricing, separate logins, and progress tracking should be confirmed by the HippUp team before they are promised publicly.

No. Stripe is not live yet, so account creation does not require a credit card. Paid plans will open after payments and the first video library are ready.

Our senior programs include chair-based exercises and low-impact movements. That said, we always recommend consulting your physician before starting any new exercise program.

The first video library is being prepared now. After launch, the goal is to add new sessions regularly across the age-group tracks.

There is nothing paid to cancel during launch preview. Once subscriptions go live, cancellation should be handled from account settings or the billing portal.
